Shoshana Mayden

Assoc. Director, Web Management, Marketing & Brand Management

Shoshana Mayden is the associate director for website management on the University’s Marketing & Brand Management team, where she works to optimize user experience across websites. She is passionate about content strategy and information architecture, with a UX portfolio that also includes website governance, UX writing, persona development, user journeys, and usability testing. 

Prior to her current role, Shoshana led website efforts for the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences and was a content strategist for the University Libraries. She holds an M.A. in geography with a focus on qualitative research and ethnographic field work.
