Ashley is a Content Strategist at the University of Arizona Libraries. Ashley also obtained her bachelor's degree from the university, with a double major in Information Science, Technology, and Art (ISTA), and Spanish & Portuguese, accompanied with a minor in marketing. She has worked professionally as a website designer and developer since 2017, and has been working at the university since 2018. As someone who thrives at the intersection between development and design, Ashley enjoys both planning & designing, as well as implementing in a sustainable and maintainable manner. She migrated into a UX focused role after having worked in IT as a developer for eight years. One of her passions is making websites easier to use, and she doesn't hesitate to go to bat for the lesser thought of user or use case.

Outside of work, Ashley loves to travel, go on hikes, take photos of her adventures and her dogs, and is an avid gamer on both PC & console.
